Hi Clanners... what do you think? Hollywood made this a losing bet but as per their t and c's... it should have been voided...
Hi Guys,
This bet should be voided irrespective of the result and the stake refunded; there was less than 7 runners and a open place bet should have not been allowed to be taken.
Many thanks,
Terence

Peach Delight, despite the drift, looked okay, 14/10 the place is not too bad.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

In explaining the upheld objection ,the interviewed stipe states "although the winning distance was large, that has nothing to do with it ?????????????,it is the level of interference that counts"
Bollocks ,the rule is that ,but for the interference IF the affected horse would have beaten the transgressor, the objection will be upheld, so the distance is extremely relevant!!!!!!!
What qualifies a regulator these days.............I would have though knowing the rules would be a start.
