To take a race away , you surely have to be certain the affected horse would have beaten the transgressor. I do not see how they could be sure of that-too much subjectivity in the objection rule!
The whole regulation situation is just a joke these days!!

Leon remember the tote is a machine and only reacts to bets placed and yes it can defy logic as far as a horses odds chances but sure it will correct before the off

Thanks Dave. I understand that, but it just tickled me that so many people showed so little interest in a much fancied horse with the bookies. Always amazes me how people think. I suppose it adds some spice to the game???
Ended 1,50 so means lotsa money late

shew - hard to make that assumption when the winner is almost three lengths in front and looked to be staying on - Agree rules need revising

I didn't see the race, when I looked at formgrids it had put Waning Crescent up as the winner by 2.75 I manage to get some live streaming for Race 3 and saw a different result. Can anyone let me know exactly what happened in this race?
