Once again Hollywood 2nd race goes off winnings from 1st race not cleared as yet tab has results as official and I Phn in and given the excuse it's not clear and stopped me from taking a wining bet .I suppose ill just wait for another apology

I was about to submit this as a topic. We are experiencing an issue with our software provider, where it is not allowing us to result. We have escalated this issue and are hoping to resolve it asap.

Not certain why people keep using the forum to connect with Hollywood's customer service department.

They a good firm and keep getting shown up for every little problem they experience.

Then again, one must wonder why Hollywood keep using the forum to address these issues ?
