I'm out most of day tomorrow and then I'm off to Kempton Park,hence reason for early post.
Chris Wall is a trainer bang in form.He learnt he's trade with Sir Mark Prescott and Lucky Luca Cumani,not bad teachers I might add.
He sends 2 to Kempton one in the 8-30 called Dire Straits,this colt has had 3 runs to get its Handicapp mark.First run over 7furlongs and two at a mile,now it's stepped up in trip to 12 furlongs
With a very useful claiming jockey on top.Hes mark of 63 could look very lenient.7/1 available.
He's next runner is Souville in the 9-00.Last time out she finished 6th of ten runners in a very hot
Newmarket Handicapp,every runner in that race had won at least once prior.I know she got very warm in the prelims and they were disappointed it never placed at least.race before it won at Goodwood,race before that she was 2nd at Nottingham to a horse that has won against since.
But the interesting run was 4 races back over this CD,she won with plenty in hand and multiple winners have come from that race.
Sleep Walk is odds on favourite in this 9-00 race and looks like a good horse,but SOUVILLE at 12/1
looks good ew value and I think you will get at least 8/1 without the favourite.
