Every Tom , tam and Jimmy, is booming

Booming when they tip a winner

Booming when they tip a 2nd

Booming when Liverpool win grrr

Does anyone else hate / dislike the word boom ?

Nah think it's quite an appropriate term. I use it and don't see any problem with it especially considering ours is usually accompanied with the shooter known. As a hand grenade. What I hate is fake booms. And trust me there are plenty out there.
