While the tellytrack stream is offline
11 years 2 months ago
I have been busy playing Eternity Warriors 3 on my iphone and getting quite addicted
What happens if all the gambling addicts find a new addiction?
Or all the over seas owners decide not to buy at the next sales?
or the guys that have got used to punting and watching from work ,get used to not playing?
What happens is the secret gamblers can`t hide the fact they are watching racing on their pads and laptops?
needs to be up and running very quickly

Like you said we find other things to do. This is cutting off their noses to spite their face is doing no good for the game.

This is the extent of their business acumen.
Reminds me of a very interesting comparison that occurred in Durban in the late 70's
The popular drinking hole in Durban was the "Top of the Royal" where beers were at least 30% more than average, but if you arrived after 5:30 you went into a queue and any new entry was only in response to leavers!!!
Management decided to really tear the ring out its popularity and put on a cover charge as well............combined with the exhorbitant cost of drink, that was the final straw and within 2 weeks it was like a morgue...............no matter what they did ,it never recovered ,they were never forgiven and all the activity was at new spots!
One thing about customers ..........if you piss them off and they go elsewhere, it's very hard to ever get them back!

Normally 21 days to break an addiction but the danger is always there(for businesses that rely on addiction for custom) that the addict sees the folly of his ways and does not take up another addiction and finds sobriety

I went walkies a few time at the big T and can assure you tellytrack has the big thumbs down from the punters (td)
There are guys that go to Cheltenham, Ascot etc and they have not had a single International punt since this latest fiasco started
