While we are all transfixed on the bigger races today.....our local tote manipulator scores by getting the no 7 horse Tote fav.in Mauritius to pay R31.40 a place.....nice fiddle if you got the instruments....:

I had already posted about this earlier. Let's ask Vee to comment......

Interesting that it is within the NHA rules to act against tote manipulation(in spite of the fact that they deny they are involved in the betting side)
If ,the only way they can regulate this type of tote manipulation is to forbid co-mingling, then until Saftote can guarantee that they have taken the necessary steps to obviate the problem,that is the action that must be taken.
This needs to be done if the tote is to regain any trust!

Why does the NHRA not even once open an inquiry? I know because under the rules if they find "manipulation" Phum will have to close overseas terminals 10 minutes before the off to stop this and the turnover will drop and the NHRA will get less cash to do....?
