Studfarms:- Thanks for NOTHING!!

I have sent out 22 e-mails to studfarms requesting info on mare and foal care, as I have moved my mares to a smallholding to care for by myself. Only 3 replies. 2 wanting my phone no for referral,nothing came of it. Only Gavin Schafer of Mauritzfontein, helped me with info. Funny the studfarms want me to buy their stock but they don't have the decency to even reply to my e-mail.
Anybody out there that can point me to a website or any other info?
