Click on the 'insert image' (10 from left) and past your pics url and then post

How do you do it if your pic isn't a URL but is on your hard drive - I have done this before, can't remember how?

you need a url so you can post using the bb code [img ] [/img ]

i upload my images to facebook and right click on the image,copy the image properties and place the url between the code above (without spaces)

or just use tinypic and copy and paste the code they give you,they are also handy for re sizing the images
