there phone service has been shocking for as long as i can remember, they just coudnt care a fark about our complaints....

Just use the goldcircle commentary lines. Very seldom they off the mark.

The Kzn line is also shocking. Telephone placed by television and you hear commentary. At times very low volume which you can barely hear and also voices i the background. All in all the phone in commentary is bad everywhere
