How was the horse dropped 7 points from last run ??

All horses MR dropped by 6 points however, due to it's poor last 2 runs, it was dropped by an extra point.

PE horses were not given the 6 points...this is strange

Wasn't the plan to cancel the 6 point mr rise of a few month's back (that is all the non-pe horse), and then drop the pe horses now with 6 points to make them competitive?

Think that was the plan. But all very confusing when studying.

It appears that instead of the 6 point rise in major centers the "minor" centers have been dropped 6 points and the "major" centers revert to their original MR..
Give everything but up!
