Master of my Fate is the real deal

It is nice to see a horse actually living up to his reputation.............he ran at least 8 lengths better than anything before (you can't do more than win ) and when tested, he proves he is the read deal.
We have got so used to 80% of the prematurely boomed horses being a little bit better than average ,at best...........but DD a better judge than most.

Rob as someone said to me earlier it's the worse keep secret in racing that this horse is very special

Hibs, not all lost.................there will be plenty opportunities to profit from this horse, but if we had backed every horse deemed "special" before the performance confirmed it, and was at least 5kgs out at the weights on "exposed" form,we would be broke!.............the list is long!

I did have a punt and was impressed plus a great pic

I am open to correction but I don't think any horse that has won this race has ever gone on to win the Met.

It's become to the Met what the Greyville 1900 has become to the July in the last couple of decades.

I was also on the fence until yesterday. Great win and made some good sorts look pretty mediocre. Spoke to Den last night and he is over the moon and all on track.
