hollywood going downhill

As a hollywood punter for many years it obvious the levels of service is on the decline.
almost weekly there is a problem with this n that...
today I am being told that they are 2 hours behind on resulting
is that my problem???fcuk no!!!
barcelona game over 2 hours ago n havent been paid out.no 1 can give me any idea wen it will be paid out.all I hear is that I jus gota wait.wtf!!!
