Oh wow the bookies are be so kind in reimbursing you guys just this once but for the next 10 years they will screw you over and over again with their limited payout rules, late payments, under pricing of horses. The bookies make millions a year. Have you ever seen a bookie go to work on a bicycle (expect to get rid of the fat around their over indulged tummys?)

RG you method got got me thinking and I started looking around
and I want to hear your opinion on the following method:
you said to chose to markets were there could only be 2 choices so i looked at tennis and want to use the following example
being played tomorrow nadal v berndricht (just an example, i know nadal is very much unbeatable)
Nadal 1/5 and berndricht 32/10
so if i could find a horse on Sunday that can win @ 4/1
the double will be as follows with Nadal 5/1 and Berndricht 20/1
I noticed a few upsets in tennis lately and should B win i got 20/1 on 4/1 horse and should N win I got 5/1 which is still a 25% extra
do you think this a good way to go?

You are absolutely right FH. Kind of sad that people still say you're wrong. lol. And ABSOLUTELY WRONG at that. Just goes to show, people may think they know everything, and talk like they do, but really know nothing.

how sad in this day and age that you have to resort to such methods of getting on a horse where in the past and im talking 10 to 20 years ago you could get on as much as you want...why is it this way surely with inflation our brave and heroic bookies should lay unlimited of a horse if they believe that the market maker has done his job correctly...why in this day and age do bookies close punters accounts or resort to limits that are pathetic like 1000 rand of a horse...donjt paint all these pretty pictures of bookies they are mostly termites who would sell their own mother for 5rand...obviously we have exceptions like hwood bworld and my bookie ricky sin but on the whole they live off the game not for the game....some of these online sites are an absolute disgrace and i hear from plenty punters who use them about their pathetic business practices...

look its 1 way of getting on....but like i said earlier...bookies % in sa are up the pole...if your 4/1 shot wins on sunday...u are averaging...3.6/1....off a 4/1....i think its 2 much to give away...look it also depends how much u want to get on...in the 1st place if NADAL IS 1/5....they should be betting the other guy around 4.5/1....thats what i mean by bookies betting to ridiculous %'s in 2 horse events...thats why i dont bet on outcomes...because in sa....bookies..bet 9/10 the pair....true odds should be 0.95 the pair

having said that there is arbitary betting...where for instance Nadal is 1/5...and the other guy is 12/1 to win in 2 sets and 10/1 to win in 3 sets(assuming) its not a grand slam and they r playing best of three....u now average player 2 at 4.6/1....much more realistic...so then u take your dutching calculator and that will tell u how much u need to put on each outcome to get a result of close to 4/1...in my above example...u will show a loss of 2%....there are many times where bookies get these cross markets wrong...and u can show a small profit no matter what the result is
