I can see that Killua Castle (aus) was not supplemented after a very good run.

Why? In a Rush, that time with Joey and others from the Bass and Sham yard, if my memory serves me right, was also entered last year but unfortunately the weather didn't play along. Then it was said how good it was that a race like this attracts interest from other centres. What's so different this year?

I have no problem with horses from 'other centres' getting in, but then they should remove the 'current sand form' (which I assume means 'Vaal Sand' form as opposed to 'Flamingo' form) from the 'qualifying conditions' so that everyone knows where they stand and if you should spend the 7k in order to try and get your horse in the race - surely most horses coming straight from CTN, PE or KZN can have 'current sand form' :S

Merit Rating, current Sand form & competitiveness in Graded
& Listed Stakes races

Sand form = 1/3 of the qualifying conditions
