UK child abuse

I don't normally get involved in non-racing issues on the forum but I try to watch at least an hour of SKY news every day and I now watch a third case of child torture and murder,by his own family, under the eyes of teachers, social workers and police and AFTER enquiries were done following the previous cases(remember baby P) to prevent it "ever happening again"
I can't begin to describe how irritating it is to watch a prick like David Cameron ready to interfere in Syria but can't prevent this kind of incompetence by his civil servants...............He should promise to resign if it ever happens again, in the open, on his watch!
They interviewed some woman this morning as head of some child protection body and all she was really interested in stressing was "I want to make it clear I am not responsible..........................."
Sickeningly typical !!!!!
