Hahaha Pir! Too true ... 100% ... all you can really do is treat the symptoms, and wait. But most people like to feel they are doing SOMEthing about it.

Actually the only anti-cold/ sore throat remedy I've tried that really did work, was gargling with strong salt solution, the stronger the better. But YUK! Its nasty tasting ...

A hot toddie is such lekker stuff, so why not enjoy one (or more) and feel good about life for a while?
