Thanks Steve Hofmeyr!

On Sunday I went to my local hangout Rock Bottom in Umzumbe, where they have an amateurs musos pull in, plug in and play kind of a thing every Sunday. It is hosted by David Marks. Ring any bells? He wrote the lyrics to the hit song "Master Jack" back in the day sung by Four Jacks and a Jill. Our older forum members may remember that one. Anyway.... Pat Symcox (The former Protea) and Steve Hofmeyr came in, ordered lunch and then he sang playing just an acoustic guitar for accompaniment totally unannounced or scheduled. Dressed like a South Coaster in shorts and slops. What an unexpected surprise! It was awesome fun, thanks Steve!(tu) And thanks to Pat for dragging Steve along, I've seen Pat there on a couple of occasions. Even though Steve did sing that dodgey "Blou Bul" song it was really nice of him to pop in, plug in and play some very cool songs too.

Ja James it would be Good if he stuck to singing Neil Diamond and left the politics alone.
