Phoned them and staff was rather rude, Dropped call

all sites below par today ...wsb no pick 3's either

There was a power cut at Greyville , not sure if this made a difference

i have had great service from them today and their website has worked smoothly so well done to them they are an absolute pleasure to deal with(tu)

I had a saver bet with ladbrokes today , checked my bet online just before off and noticed they were only paying 3 places on the July .
Gave them a phone and they said it was not a handicap so only 3 places ... Lol

Unfortunately due to the enormous volume of bets, our system can only process the Durban July result at a certain speed. Please understand that it is the biggest day of the year, and the one race that everyone has a bet on!

I have complained about this several times on this site and to your offices, it's not only on the July, it happens all the time with sports as well, please upgrade your system, it's 2013 for goodness sake.
