It has been a very late start to "winter" in KZN and I think that this may be part of the problem. But in saying that, whilst we were walking over the track ramps, I heard some jerk off last year say that oh look at the grass, Kenilworth was so much greener at the Met. (You could see it was one of those socialite type tossers who puts R100 bucks on the grey filly. Man I was tempted to point this out but decided not to suffer an idiot who cant tell between winter and summer!

Pissing with rain on the KZN south coast and more forecast for the rest of the week may be a sloppy track. Bring on the outsiders. May be a bloodbath for punters on the weekend. Thank God I have taken my one bet and will be in Jam room on Saturday!

Don't trust anything I punt, I am the biggest mug that ever took a bet but I like Punta Arenas from the outset. This horse won a 2400 at Kenilworth drawn 9 of 11 in the very soft beating Hill 54 at level weights. Granted this was a year ago but I don't care the weight over distance on a sloppy track will count against the top horses carrying pudding. Any horse that has faulty stamina on a wet track is going shit off. All this horse has to do is get placed properly and it will be good night nurse as far as I am concerned.

As for the rest of the day it will be a mine field. I will take my lotto (read as pick 6) and hope for the best. I hope Beach Beauty does it for KZN racing Mr Drier and connections. One last comment, Glynn Schofield and Greg Cheyne are not home for a haircut so expect them to win a race or two. Include them in the P6 us what I will do. Who needs form when you have mug logic like this!

No rain at Greyville. Really looked like it was going to pour at 5PM, but has cleared up
