Help for Hollywood website please

HELP PLEASE!
My computer did a few updates yesterday and today I tried logging in to Hollywood and this is the screen I get. None of the odds or anything are displayed in what is now just a plain white screen.

Hi Richie, I've just tried the website on both internet explorer and Google Chrome browser, and it seems to be working. Are you trying to access it via your desktop compter, or via ipad or cell phone?
It might have something to do with the cookies on your internet setup, but I'm not sure. As Agra said, try rebooting and try again. If you have the same problem PM me your details, and I'll get one of website team members to contact you.

Hi Guys
have rebooted. The same happens on my wife's machine. Both laptops. Both up to date with latest windows. As I said I think it has to do with the latest update installed on my laptop.

For other Hollywood clients who eventually get Internet Explorer 10, please stick to using Google Chrome or FireFox. We are developing the website to be compatible with IE 10, but will let you know once that is done.

......nice to see this type of service and communication .......it goes a long way with your customer base......when I had a similar problem with Tabonline site........ not a word from them......
