Has a horse blind in one eye ever won a group 1 race in South African horse racing?

Yes, there was a top horse trained by Terrance Millard by the
name of "Bluffing" who lost his eye in a transport accident.
Not sure if he lost it before or after the accident tho.

Penny Kimberly trained a one eyed horse, didn't win a grade 1 but won 7-9 races or something like that....

There was a black Saf filly that raced with distinction several years ago who had only one eye, but I'm blowed if I can remember her name.
The dam of Swale, who won the Kentucky derby and Belmont, then up and died a week later, was born with one eye. I think she was a stakes winner but don't recall details.

Bluffing lost his eyelid in the road accident that killed Right Preorgative and several other Millard runners, when they were returning to the Cape after the KZN winter season of 1990, I think it was. He continued to race with some kind of protective mesh or blinker device over the eye, as he could no longer blink, but I don't think he won a Gr1 race after that.
I can't think of a one-eyed horse that ever won a Gr1 race in SA, but I can't be sure that there wasn't one somehwhere along the line.
