Owners who dnt pay

How big is this problem in sa racing and what of the trainers who allow ppl to race
Under the lap , should they be fined or kicked out?

in my experience i find that the people who can afford to pay me for my services always pay late and when they eventually do pay they try and get a discount whereas those who have not got much tell me up front and request to pay me weekly or just pay up when the bill arrives.

All colour holders should be held to account for any accounts outstanding........ but in saying that, all owners should have a contract in place with their trainers which is currently not the case.

I know Turkeys gobble,not sure about Chickens
