Worst SA Bookmakers

Betx is probably the worst bookmaker when it comes to servicing loyal customers that have been with them for a few years now. I’m sure that most punters out there who want to back a team would look for the best value in the market to take a bet. Well if you want to get ripped off see what Betx does, they will publish a price on the site till you deposit and phone to take the bet they will surely give you a worst price and they’ll tell you that it just happens that the market just moved. One specific employee will actually argue with you of what the price actually is on their site, then only apologise after you forced him to have a look at Betx site to see what price they are publishing… Now is this just misleading the public to make deposits for something you won’t even get or is it a case that Punters lead and Betx follow?

standards slipping badly - took until Monday afternoon(many emails calls etc) to get the SW dividends correct for the Grand National run on Saturday!!!. Often you cannot get open exotics PA P6 on with 3 mins to start. The site is very difficult to work as you type in your PA selections and then the screen refreshes and you have to start again(I am not slow at typing) I think HW has a better platform and 100% better service - I deposited money into an account at Betexchange (cash) and had to call a supervisor on two occasions to get a receipt for the deposit (How on earth could you think that a person will give you money and then not ask for a receipt is beyond me!!)
