Places on International Races

What are the rules.....anyone....anyone.....Race 2 at Saint Cloud 16 runners no scratchings....only 3 places paid.....and why TAB bother to show a 5th place.....:S....also the 3rd horse was paying R8 for a drum as the crossed the line but landed up paying R10....:S....did the intended place payout change because of a scratching we do not know about??? Was this co-mingled and Frogs only pay 3 places????

Looking at the pools must of been co-mingled but i have no idea on the froggie rules...

Zeturf paid a 4th place......but from what I understand they are an offshore (Maltese) outfit and "shadow" the parimutual or tote in France....

.....and as we speak "type"......our tote has paid 6 swinger dividends and 3 exacta dividends in race 3.....:S

.....whaaaattttt a faaaaaark uuuuuppppp!!!!!!

Is that not cause the fav placed so the scratching applies to the swinger or the scratching was coupled with one of the place horses... some weird rule applies i think.

.....we was not robbed....we took places on the son of Lemon Drop Kid who is related to the sire Newton that stands in KZN....we got 3rd place but when I checked the dividends I saw that 4th place did not pay but our dividends did....:S...thankfully we did not run in that 4th position.....

.....wierd and wierder....how are we supposed to know what is going on.....where are the rules to this frog fest.....I will be punting scratchings until the cows come home if that is the case.....:
