Well races 7-9 are being run on the 24th - so no turn over lost there, and they added another 120K to the meet on the 30th, so they will lure more money based on that...

an utter disgrace, the stipes monitoring that race on course should be brought to book...... a rotten decision not to call this horse a non runner, leave the result if they so wish, but refund the fav. backers.
will the rules be amended after this debacle ? we don't want a repeat do we !

I have sent a request to the NHA asking for a ruling as to the intention of rule 65.1.13.1 which I believe was the more appropriate,and would have caused a fraction of the controversy,if utilised.
