Fifa competition

Any advice on this?
I received a message from
Fifa/Sanations cup that I won a huge amount.
They call it ricacare.
Anyone received similar message without entering any competition?
Just askin for it seems so unreal but how do you confirm altho I replied to the UK. But the uncertainty is killing. Thanks.

Dude ignore it, been there done it. How you win something you don't enter(td)

Most of the things I enter I can't even win, imagine winning lotto without buying a ticket

I won USD16 million yesterday in a competition that I supposedly enter with the Human Rights Commission.
