Beat the bank - marketing ploy?

I listen with interst these days wrt to "beat the bank" on east coast radio. This promo is partnered by Suncoast Casino.
Now here-in lies my concern.
East Coast claims a listnership of 1.7million listners, the majority of these being indian and white. Recently east coast have tried to increase their black listnership, and this is evident by by dj's as well as advertising in black areas.
My best guess is that they have a maximum black listnership of around 10%, and I base this dangerous assumption on all activities and other promo's that is run by the station.
However with "beat the bank", virtually every day, a black listner is selected by their randomiser. The probability of this occurence with their lower black listnership must questionable?
Any thoughts on this?

No I represent no one. What ? is what are the possibilities or probabilities, that virtually everyday a black listener can be choosen?

Just like sa idols had to have a black winner cos the show is moving to mnet mzansi channel this season
