The only thing that has stood the test of time is the lighthouse and to some extent the Oyster Box hotel:)

That is what is now the new Oyster Box Hotel Richie, do you remember the old Mansfield High school?? I was there in 65-68 :)

Oyster Box where I met my future wife.... and my future ex-wife.. who by absolute pure coincidence happened to be the same woman :S ...When playing in Durban we always went partying at the Oyster Box afterwards...late 70's early 80's.

Hi Titch,

I'm sure my father went to Mansfield High around about that time as well. Wasn't it situated at the bottom of Greyville tho.

Correct was near Greyville around the corner from the Botanical Gardens...looked a lot like the Oyster Box looks in the pic tho...
