You can use your discretionary allowance and open an overseas bank account,in accordance with forex rules..........perfectly legal and useful for many many reasons.
Fund your activities(legality of which is according to the laws of that country) from there and you can repatriate funds from that bank a/c anytime you like.
DON"T TRY TO FUND/CASH OUT illegally(eg.credit card)......get advice on the correct procedure from your bank!
