Van Der Vyver Racing And SPorts Betting -QUERY:?

Confusion Experienced over a Winnig Football ticket!
Over the last round of Champion League Matches
I picked 12 matches in which a goal or more was to be scored by either team.
BOOM this morning results all in R6500/10.

To my utter dissapointment got to pick up my payout, attendant says ticket not valid.
Got to head office and spoke to guy called Rob.
Totally understanding guy. Checked ticket and found my ticket to be good but was unable to pay because there seemed to be a confusion of interpretation of results between an international betting results provider and Van de Vyver.
But Rob realised that my understanding of the bet
To be correct and after a few hours of frustration
Gave me call.

The confusion resulted between two bets
'Match goal' (any team to score)
'Which team to score' (either team to score
Or both)

I chose match goal for twelve games and
All came through. Apparently the site that
Loads results don't have 'match goal'
Result on their system. So Van Der Vyver
Racing compensated me

Apparently the 'match goal' would be
Taken off the spread sheet from today

The confusion arose due to a typing error regarding the match heading. It should have read Both teams to score/Both teams not to score. Ticket read Goal/No Goal.

It was our error and therefore ruled in the punters favour.
