I wonder if the previously advantaged are allowed to own a franchise as all other american franchise operations we're left out which is surely against the constitution,Umlilo will have the correct answer as he's a wealth of knowledge,not that i want one but would be nice to know

The only quote to hassen is German to hate so I thought a typo haseen seemed better

I will not buy into such a franchise that discriminates, no matter how promising or enticing (against my conscience)!

Herein, if my customers want bacon (in a franchise that has on its menu bacon in other areas), and my religion / belief forbids stocking such, then I would rather not be in that business and cause any unpleasantness or disharmony amongst fellow beings and impinge on their rights.

At the same time, Mr Adams has a choice in terms of the constitution!

Similar to my punting which is not regarded as 'kosher' (but no parrying to a select lot)!

Finally, why should previously disadvantaged be disallowed to own a franchise? Get in with the Guptas or Sexwales!
