Bungling officials again burgle team out of contest. On another thread it was discussed why technology is not used in soccer esp in match changing instances.

Linesman eagle -eyed to spot off-side but dead-eyed when shirt-tugging blatant in penalty area. Surely he shud wave his flag.:S

There is no doubt that that was a penalty Mike..and in this day and age when there is so much at stake technology has got to be introduced..
