Just a pitty BSA wants to retrench Marge - and others.....

Guys I want to complement u and the staff for the manner u conducted your sale. This is one sale I won't let go without attending. The atmosphere was excellent ,your staff was always seeing to my needs like meals , drinks and the excellent accommodation. I was treated like a king at your sale and even at the cocktail party.
Thanks to the beautiful people who always accommodating me as I an a quiet a fussy person, ( Marge. Caroline, and Evol.) you guys rock so keep it up.

For one, I am still awaiting response to questions posed to your organisation over a year ago (former and potential owners like me don't matter in your books...... do we?)!

Secondly, pointless harping about the buzz from the same batch of regular, recognisable faces...... if not the 'club'!

How many NEWCOMERS?

Has the base of participants (new owners) broadened over the past 10 years? If so, how much?

We actually had 10 new buyers who have never bought horses before so maybe do your homework before you spout forth!
I want to hear from everyone who has constructive feedback on how we can improve our business and grow ownership.
