Sympathy strike

Can anyone out there explain to me how and why sympathy strikes are allowed ? No wonder this country is in the dwang when people who have absolutely no beef with their employers are allowed to strike because some other idiot in another part of the country feels like it...

We are on a very fast slippery downhill. Total idiots in charge so I suppose you can't expect better.

Have been in manufacturing my entire working life, mostly in SA.
I have been in charge of plants from 250 to 1500 people, have been a consultant to major groups but have rather negative thoughts about the future for the first time ever as far as labour demand becoming totally unrealistic, the theft of government, etc

However on a positive note, I was wrong with Camelot and hope I can get the double and be wrong again.

Think we need Maggie Thatcher here if I remember correctly?
