ABOVE THE MOON 7/1 Win (first run on sand, i have high regard for this horse,will be suited to the course and can go start to finish...dont leave out of anything,dropped 20 points in merit rating this year)
SAPPHIRE RING 1.26 Place (open race...)
ASTRO NEWS 14/1 Win ....(First run on sand...have beaten beacon flaire and right beauty easily ,Ran less than 2 lenghs behind IGUGU getting 5kg over 2000m, and 3 lenghs behind VARIETY CLUB at even weights BOTH HORSES OF THE YEAR.....If reproducing anything near that type of form he must cruise in ...if he runs to his best form he have them stone cold.....go watch the ave merit rating of the races he competed in and you will see my bizarre logic ....his merit rating came down 8 points (4kg) in the last 3 months ....big drop in class.....been backed from 25/1 to 14/1....
INCOMODO 14/10 Place (highly rated by Tarry but race looks very open,Pylon got hammered by the handicapper....how good is he really)
Race 9 and 10 and 11 - as open as Hugh Hefner's relationships .....if i have to pick i go with ARABIAN STORM 0.44 Place with striker up in the ninth and with MAJI MOTO 0.69 Place in the 10th and the nighmare last i will go with COUNTESS BACARDI 6/10 Place

dont know if im being dumb or clever (probably the former) but im going for eagle face as a better bet than mboweni..i cant back a horse 1st time on the sand even though mboweni has beaten eagle face twice before atleast we know eagle face goes on sand and should atleast place in this field! ew eagle face
