.....how do they warrant stuffing 3-5 french venues each week day with at least 2 of them broadcast live......then on a Sunday when we are starved of race meetings we do not get to see glorious Longchamp..... just limited betting .......FFS this John Stuart and his ilk are so far removed on what racing purists actually need it is absolutely shameful......(td)

I am going to amaze even myself but not weighing in with my own personal ( and therefore probably biased ) opinion. But what this topic raises for the UMPTEENTH time is the following simple truth :

None of the above would be issues if we had a second channel. All of the posters are effectively lamenting the fact that too much product is being forced through one outlet to the detriment of all.

Why a listed company cannot successfully negotiate a second channel from Multichoice must surely come down to one thing : MONEY. Why are they not prepared to make the investment? Do they not believe that the numbers might improve if the output increased and improved?

I just don't swallow the bleat thet Multichoice want Tellytrack off. For the right money they wouldn't!

Garrick FFS but how can any one warrant a 2nd channel when they battle to fill one channel with decent racing....we all know if they aired that gynie chair on wheels crud on another channel no one would go there at all .....let them firstly get our local racing coverage up to a decent standard and mix in some decent international fare.....on a different tack that Ozzie magazine type programme is for me a delight to watch as an insight to ozzie mainsream racing/breeding but absolutely pointless as we do not get any to see their better racing either....one would at least hope that our own magazine hosts are tuned into this programme to get some tips on interviewing etc....
