I would never race a young horse on the sand in such a big race against these top div hard nockers, will brake him,
Go and see what happened to the previous winners of this race, after they won it very few won a race there after,
if i am not mistaken, could be wrong, only Phinyuka won a race afterwards..

Will stick with Mr Tobin

But you can also say lots of decent horses young and old that have ran well/placed in the cup have had very decent careers after the cup..

If War Horse is as good as they think then to race him here in his classic season is insane - sand racing is hard and there are better races to run in against his own age

For those who didn't see the August Stakes on Sat, Across The Ice pee'ed all over them...
