Great to hear you stood your ground, as mentioned earlier the "TellyTubbies"will be back knocking on your door.

Txs 2 Cents and all the best for the future bud. What I still don't get is that your so called bosses are unable to see the light and try and come to some sort of compromise with you in one way or another. I'm not sure if they tried but if they didn't it would not surprise me.

It's the thing that "P" can't do .................you have so much to spend ..........so spend where there is value and scrap the wastage...............................I have a list of salary savings which would IMPROVE the situation.
I would suggest you could dispose of at 3 of the top 5 earners(maybe even5 of the top 10) at Tellytrack/Marketing/publishing and IMPROVE the product!

What would be a bit of fun ........... running a democratic survey ,and extending it beyond normal ABC posters,to get a picture of what the public want as opposed to what they think we should have...........I think the results would be a hoot.
Eg.Would it be better to improve Darryl's package or have Julie guest "starring" in Natal for their season????
