Make yourself known

I know that this subject has been debated ad nauseam but is there any way that all posters can be checked for there real identity,not necessarily for other poster to know but just the admin so that if ever there is a dispute with regards to reckless or defamatory posts the guilty party can be held accountable...it will stop the people that use the site as a dumping ground for there own agendas from doing so, avoid a lot of ill feelings,save ABC from any libel and rid the site of those who are here for the "wrong" reasons... there are a lot of people that can contribute and would but for the fear of Anon posters having a go from behind their masks...the vast majority of posters here would have no problem supplying their details and those who do object would obviously have hidden agendas and should move on...

I think your post is really relavant and I concur with all you say. My opion is that posts should be for the betterment of racing and for advatage to Clanners. Thanks to those that are personnaly involved and do post info, whether on their runners or any other breaking news, etc.

Of courcse there will be contentious issues that should also be discussed on this site. These issues should be discussed OPENLY and Clanners should act MATURELY. Every poster MUST be known to the administrors of this site for the reasons given by Titch. Any Clanner that have alternative agendas when posting should be named and shamed.

We have a "who are u" post at the top of the page and it has been a success as far as forums but we are probably in a better situation than ever to tighten up, it is probably the most used excuse given to me by the racing authorities that why should they reply to "no names"
