Gentlemen
Like we said
Ihla bella............race over.
No discussion ..................no going to argue with you guys.
If she loses , we take it on the chin.
we always do ...........and come back for more hiding.
By the time the july comes, there would have been 20 horses fancied on this forum.
If you want a second choice from me ...........then it must be Chesalon.

No horse currently racince in SA is in the class of Igugu,
IB came very close to winning the triple tiara only beaten by tiny margins and there were no stamina doubts over the 2450m when she won as she wished.Think she has the ability and would love the 2200m.
She has a top stable, only certain trainers win this race. De Kock did say that she may be better then her mother & her mother was a top horse. I think she had a good prep and will be spot on for the big day.

Agra, I'm going to have to disagree with u here..Ilha Bela has no chance(with or without Jackson In the field)..the only horses that may,and its a very faint may trouble Jackson is PJ and English Garden-if they run the same race they ran to Igugu last year, they will be VERY competitive..I like Pomodoro,a lot..but that's more a centimental choice cz he has won me some good money..but then u gta fancy Royal Bencher as he had Pomo beat easily in the Derby..so I'm going to have to say Jackson can only get beat by the draw

that is EXACTLY my point Igugu was a 7 time winner coming into the July as was Ipi Tombi only a 3 yo Filly of FREAK proportions can be competitive in the July and IB is nowhere near that..the Oaks victory you speak of has produced 7 runners thus far for no winners and 5 unplaced runs..
