How do Carryovers work

It seems to me that KZN is getting the short end of the stick all the time, 3 p6 carryovers this weekend one onto tomorrows Greyville meeting and one onto the Turf ''out of season'' meeting on Sunday, then we have to a smaller carryover to Zim racing... :S

Why not have a mega pool for Greyville or have they always split it up between meetings?

Greg it also gets to me but greed wins the day as the powers that be feel that with the limited number of punters left they would rather have the punter playing 2 pick 6's than one.

I would love to see that every Pick 6 carryover from now to the Wednesday before the July to go to the July Pick 6 pool. At least on this day you have plenty of once a year and different punters that might want to have a go at a R5 million or so in the pool for free. There are usually an upset or two in the Pick 6 on that day and could also generate more excitement to the supporting features in the Pick 6.

I agree with you Shrek, a mega pool of 5-10mil on a big day like the July would be fantastic....
