Sportingbet - Market Opinion?

Guys,
If you as a punter see the following market, how would you understand it?
This is for Super Rugby, had a bet on another match, just using this as an example
As I understand it says "goalscorer" in other words a try scorer? Anytime?
Yet after placing a bet, and the player scoring, my bet got listed as LOST, refering to the market as First Try Scorer?
What do you guys think?

At those odds and if you have done this bet before, i think it would be obvious that its 1st scorer.
Anytime scorers usually start off at around 2/1 for the favourite

I agree with the odds looking like first time scorers. Bottom line is, that's not what the header says.

...........or the rules relating to the bet type. However I have to say that the website is not user friendly or well managed..........its why I lasted about a month.
Hibs, is it not possible to find out exactly who handles and rules on these type of complaints...........just refer these posters in that direction, and avoid 3 pages of disagreement that normally ends in lots of slinging off.
