Let's discuss the Vaal Sand Racing here...

Race 3: Hell Alley at 20/1 and Code Napoleon at 33/10......very close to call but i will lean towards the 20/1 for a win with a better draw over 1200m.....Sherman is riding at the top of his game
Race 4: Summer Sari 18/10
Race 5: Boss Cat 14/10


I see Race 7 rather interesting with Formation last time out carrying 52.5 winning and beating Zebulon by 2 lenghta, however Formation is now 9KG more in weights compared to last run whilst Zebulon is 4kg better off the his last run when running 2nd Formation......Leaning towards Striker on this one at 4/1 ZEBULON will be leaving Formation beaten

Lads, perfect distance for Formation, last run was a tad short n was running on strongly..
I think will be hard to beat, even with 61.5kgs.. Any idea who the pilot will be?

ShezaP, dont believe weight is such a big factor on sand. Her ability to carry weight appears proven. She has been very consistent, an exception to most SDG runners...have rated her 106, 104, 102 + 106 in her last 4 runs (not weight adjusted). Certainly the one to beat yet her price of 18/10 is skinny as there are a few other 'hard hitting' proven sand contenders in the race as well as the unknown Pylon from a stable in form with a good sand track record. Shall be playing all his runners, one-way-or-the-other, today.
