as someone with no money involved i say its a close one...my jelly bean definately got interfered with having to switch and was making up good ground late

he hangs and the third horse checks for a stride and then goes towards the inside and is gaining quickly on the second horse -

the third horse would have run second is he did not have to switch so it cost a lot (i'm not involved in a bet )
