Please can somebody help........I got a new computer and had forgotten my lengthy password and asked for a new one.After 3 tries I got one that worked but now is not accepted.Could it be because the passwords issued are more lengthy and complicated than would be necessary for the Pentagon........lol
The website is great with excellent content but the IT support appears to be a little over zealous with its security concerns.........unless its just a propellor head taking the piss.

Passwords issued are complicated on purpose, to avoid spamming, which is a big issue and not propellor-head zealousy.

It is easy to reset, but since you have a problem, we'll do it for you and send it.

u know greg...dont u think that this site is amazing....instead of phoning and holdingon the tel. with life threathening music in our ears....we have a problem..we get it on ABC and bobs your uncle....its sorted or actually addressed....seen it happen on numerous occassions..the POWER OF THE INTERNET....it goes to show that many many ppl are reading ABC

Tk's for coming back. Thought it was just my l/top. Scary hey ? The level of service and obvious fcuk you attitude they have for customers. Suppose that's what monopolies breed.
