Betting Call Centre

Wish someone would bother to look at some of the big loopholes at this call centre. I only bet via phone and some times some of the staff are just so bad. If they tweaked a few things, profits could even go up.................but then again, I DONT THINK ANYONE CARES, I have to repeat my account number every single day, there is noise in background.............just reminds me of calling a municipal call centre

Bet using your mobile or internet, its much more efficient and you know you are getting the correct bet

Don't worry .....TAB-Online is a nightmare ......I have given up complaining............the complaints are handled by the people you are complaining about.......how smart is that?

Agree 100% you you on that Rob,

I use the tote facility on Interbet (internet & mobile) they have had some problems now and again but overall they are miles better then tab on-line.

Think tab-online is worse then a state run entity.

After all the complaints they still have not sorted out the results frame.
