I'm sure MDK will be very happy if one of his get the better of Ebony Flyer ?

Personal fancy is Trinity Hoose very underated racehorse imo..

Are there any further developments regarding ebony flyer's breathing problem. Really fancy her but that QP run was worrying. Trinity house looks to have a nice galloping weight especially if she goes to the front. I reckon its an open affair if ebony flyer is not sound.

ill ignore her queens plate run and make ebony a certainty.dont forget she beat igugu over same course and distance in the fillies guineas.if igugu was in the majorca she would be a hot fav so on that basis i make ebony a racing certainty.

She would have long forgotten about the race when the rest of field arrive at the finish...

Her defeat of Igugu : She was operated on after this win was she not? I really admire the courage of a punter who can back a horse in a competitive race knowing that his fancy has an impairment.

That form is more than a year old, so I don't know if I'd be putting too much faith in it. You have to respect Ebony Flyer, but she has her problems and whatever price Igugu would be doesn't change anything. Me, I like Covenant and Trinity House (and using the same slightly dubious logic what price would Princess Victoria be in this race?)

I still cannot believe that EF and Igugu are mentioned in the same sentence...they worlds apart.

ja, that respiratory problem makes me wonder. Still I don't rate Welwit anywhere near good enough to be fav in this race.

I agree that Gibraltar Blue must be a big runner mainly because Marcus has chosen her over Trinity House. GB, EF and Covenant in my P6.
