Race caller Kenilworth

Was that David Raphael calling race 6 yesterday? I must say different class. Gave me goose bumps lstening to the commentary at the course yesterday. on another note, Clyde was a bit off at the big T. Took a while to recognize colours in a few races.

he is different class...couldn't help himself with the Jaffees colours getting a mention ala(LONDON NEWS)....that famous line:
"they all that they said he was...the pride of south africa"..will forever stick in my memory..as it was my favourite horse..

i remeber a friend of mine MICHELLE.(NOW WITH BETTING WORLD IN CT)..phoning me a week before and telling me to rake up whatever cash i could get my hands on and back London News to win the dingaans...and boy did he win..he trounced them...

so even yesterday..it brought back memories of that great day..when i heard him calling.

word has it that he visits many racecourses around the world...and authorities ask him for a special guest appearance to call a race...and he doesn,t...so for whoever twisted his arm in ct yesterday...Well done....added a bit of extra flavour to the buildup of the great match race we witnessed.These are the little things thats makes a day complete.

David Raphael is one of the worlds best.. his style of calling absolutely superb..

@Zesto....i thought the exact same thing when watching the race yesterday. It was Sheldon Peters. Clearly had his own doubles and trebbles onto Rashaad. I wonder how his calling would have differed if Rashaad was midfield?????

But he got me and my gf excited thats how commentating shud be.

That's if you had a bet on it......and the 1000's that never had a bet on it???? It comes down to what his job is.....and it's DEFINITELY NOT letting the public know that he had a winning bet and his doubles and trebbles have arrived! He should stick to his job and that is commentating each and every race like that, not only the ones he bets on
