Horse trace

In January of last year I sold a yearling colt by Oratorio (IRE) from our mare Figure of Eight (FR) to World Wide Bloodstock. He was shipped to South Africa in March of 2011, however it is difficult for us in Aus. to find out namings & trainers of horses sent overseas. Should anyone know if the horse has been named & possibly the trainer it would be greatly appreciated. The colt (or maybe now gelding) is a half to Eight Street.

There is no record of a horse with that pedigree on our datebase at Winning Form, so he has not raced and possibly has not yet been named.

Mr Hassen Adams seems quite partial to the Oratorios. He (or one of his trainers) may be a good place to start ??

You should also understand that we have had only a handful of 2yo races so far. We are not nearly as forward in getting babies to the track as in Australia.

Whether that is a good or a bad thing is up to you to decide, and is the subject for a different discussion.:D

I think 2 yo should only run if they are precocious, but there are too many of these babies that do not look mature enough to run until they are three, imo of course

Combed the sales sites.....not a pinhook, must be at a pre-training facility or already in a yard. Could also be a Andy Williams/Crabbia purchase.

Or a Leaf/Williams purchase, like Queen's Command.

Just guessing, is all.
